Registration and regulation
Reviewing specialists are registered medical practitioners in India, not regulated by the medical regulator in your country. The report is information for you to discuss with your own doctor.

Stage 01
You submit the case, and pay
You send the records you hold, write down the questions you want answered, and pay the fixed fee. Before you upload anything you are asked to consent explicitly to your health data being transferred to India, because that is where the reviewing specialist sits. See pricing.

Stage 02 — within one working day
We check the file, and agree your questions
A case manager reads through what you sent, tells you what is missing, and settles the up to five questions you want answered. Most incomplete files are missing the actual imaging or the histology report. If the records cannot support a useful review, we say so and refund the fee in full rather than return a report that answers nothing.

Stage 03
We match the case, and name the specialist
You are told which specialty the case has gone to and the name of the senior consultant who will read it, with their Indian registration number, before they read it.

Stage 04
Specialist review
The consultant reads the whole file, not a summary of it, and writes the report. Where the case genuinely crosses specialties, a second consultant reads it as well and both views go into one document — including any point on which the two of them do not agree. Your five questions are answered in turn.

Stage 05
Written report, by email
The report reaches you by email five to seven working days from the point the file is complete. It is signed by the named specialist. If something in it is unclear, you can write back once and the specialist will clarify at no extra cost.
What this is not.

It is not urgent help
Nothing here is monitored around the clock. If something is deteriorating, that belongs with your own doctor or your emergency service, now.

It does not replace the doctor treating you
The reviewing specialist has never met you and is not taking you on. They are reading the same records your own doctor has, and writing down how they read them. What happens next is between you and your own clinician.

It is not a prescription or a referral
A report does not issue prescriptions, order investigations, or arrange anything on your behalf in your own health system.

It is not a promise of agreement
A review may confirm exactly what you were already told. That is a common and legitimate result, and it is what a great many people submit a case in order to find out.
